Return and exchange of products
We are cooperating with numerous delivery couriers. If your order is delayed it's most likely the national postal service in your country. If you have a tracking number you can track it, or you can contact us.
If you are using our standard shipping without tracking we can unfortunately not track your order. This means we can only confirm our delivery to the courier within our nation.
